  This is the sole Taco Bell I get food from on a regular basis, but the overall flavor of the food (no matter what you get, everything is just bland slop) and the reliability of my order getting correct has gone downhill over the last 6 years that I have lived in the Elmira area. I don't think it's this location specifically, but an overall brand issue, as it may be due to the menu being overly complicated, items being changed up, and just an overall use of just plain poor quality recipes and ingredients. Taco Bell used to be synonymous with cheap middle of the road "Mexican" food but at this point I think quotes should be around the "food" part, too. It's unfortunate.

  This experience was absolute garbage. First off they prepared my Chalupa Supreme wrong, then they lied and told me it was done right at the window. Then the mini taco salad shell tasted like it was fried in old oil and tasted absolutely gross. The burrito tortilla was hard and chewy like it was made with stale tortillas. To make things worse, the wait to get my food was 25 minutes which was absolutely unacceptable. This kind of service is absurd and it's a wonder how these people are still in business. Hornell Taco Bell was miles upon miles better in comparison. What a garbage experience.

  I have came here several times after work, they are never actually closed but there is always an inconvenience or they say they are closed or have been out of the same thing for the past month. Also they always make you wait when there is no wait needed. And the workers are disrespectful about it or my order is always messed up. I have many things that I can say about this Taco Bell but in the kindest words you need a more competent team to run this store.

  They got our order correct and the food was really good. The staff member was friendly. The drink didn't really taste like Pepsi, very watered down. The only complaint I really have is the paving in their drive thru and parking lot. It is absolutely horrendous and someone could get lost in the amount and size of potholes.

  Dear Taco Bell Customer Service, Friday March 27th at 10:45pm Eastern I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I recently had at one of your locations. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with, “Sir, our lobby shuts down in 15 minutes—you will have to take your order out of the restaurant.” While I understand businesses have closing procedures, the tone and phrasing felt abrupt and unwelcoming. I would have appreciated a more courteous greeting, such as offering assistance before explaining the policy. I was then directed to place my order using the kiosk without being offered help. While placing my order, I asked both a female and a male employee working on the food line a simple question about whether there was chicken in my taco. Instead of responding professionally, both employees appeared to laugh under their breath, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. Additionally, I witnessed the manager—described as a shorter female employee—ask a coworker to “yell” at another table to inform them the restaurant was closing. This approach seemed highly unprofessional and not in line with basic customer service standards. Overall, the entire experience felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking in professionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, even during closing hours. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns with the staff at this location to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your time and attention.
