  My family and I are traveling back home to NJ- we stopped here to use the bathroom <In Elmira NY, on 410 N. Main Street> . While waiting for assistance, A gentleman who was doing work OUTSIDE, came in and went straight to the fries- he began bagging and scooping fries. We continued to wait another few minutes before I said excuse me, to get a employees attention.  The one employee turned halfway around <Nadia> and said' yeah... I motioned her to come closer; and with hesitation and an attitude of being bothered, she came over. I said, hello- 2 things, one, can we have the code to the bathroom and the gentleman over there on the fries came straight in from outside working, and didn't wash his hands. She walked passed me and said- he doesn't have to wash his hands. I said- is that policy? She said, yes and our policy is once an hour for hand washing <in a very nasty, bothered tone> and- still not looking at me, while unlocking the bathroom door- I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager <in which later I found out she wasn't > I then asked for the 1-800 number for the company, as she walked passed me- dismissively, she stated; all the numbers are around the windows.... And walked back up front. We used the bathroom, and canceled our order... I then asked for her name <noone was wearing a name tag>, and was told they don't give them out. I was then greeted by Veronica <very warm and apologetic> , who apologized and gave her name.... This type of conduct is unacceptable for any business handling food or customer service. Hopefully this matter will be handled immediately- Nadia should never work in customer service let alone food service business.

  Seriously a terrible experience every time. They have never gotten an order right. Today we ordered a happy meal, a cheese burger and a 4pc nugget. We got a cheeseburger that was definitely old, and half a fry dumped in a bag. What a shame. Stay away from this mcdonalds, it's not worth the trouble.

  Was wondering how they had a 3 star average… not anymore… worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to…Blasting loud music with the “enn word” 😶 and lots of cursing… employees also cursing loudly… hash brown tasted like it was fried in oil that hasn’t been changed in a year 🤮… no ice in either dispenser… egg wasn’t cooked all the way… ordered for dine-in and entered the tent number and my order was put in a bag and tossed on the counter 🤨… tried to use the bathroom and it was locked and I had to go ask for a code which they would not give me but rather they insisted that they unlock it for me… I immediately regretted going in because it was filthy including stuff all over the seat 🤮🤮🤮… if you ask me for a receipt, I don’t have one… there was no paper in the kiosk 🤗

  I hate writing bad reviews but if I had a dollar for every time this place took well over an hour to give me my food, I’d be able to pay for a full college tuition and still be a multi millionaire. Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of attending. The food is NEVER prepared in a timely fashion which completely defeats the purpose of it being a FAST food restaurant. I have worked more minimum wage jobs than I’d care to admit, and I understand that they are miserable, but this is genuinely unbelievable. Pieces of my order are constantly being forgotten, ranging from sauce packets to entire food items or drinks. Typically I’d give them the benefit of the doubt because minimum wage jobs are absolutely miserable, but this occurs practically every time I eat here. Save your money and buy a scratch ticket because your chances of winning a million dollars are higher than you having a positive experience here.
