- JJJasonNov 30, 20251.0Pizza was terribly overcooked. Crust was dark brown, hard like concrete, making it impossible to chew. Onions were charred black, pizza was basically flavored cardboard.
- VVVivaciousVirgONov 25, 20251.0The workers are some of the worst around here at Pizza Hut. Now, the manager is great. She'll get your order right and everything often turns out just fine. But that should be the case with the workers as well, and it's not! And for some reason, the boneless chicken is STILL prepared undercooked! You can feel it as you bite into them. Ugh! Always seems to be issues with ordering for delivery using your credit card, which goes through with zero issues while on the phone with store workers. Yet the driver on the delivery app shows up and says he never received payment! Like, WHAT!? Absolutely absurd! A bit scammish, imo, too! I don't see this PH making it for much longer. It had better luck on the Northside. 🙄
