And the sayre location seems to be the only store in area with this concept. And, why is it always so damn slow? Tons of cars, no cars. Always very very slow. No hustle whatsoever. That's a management issue.

They were cold and like leather to chew there was mold on the bread and then they couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly cause I didn’t put ingredients on it then when I called and said something to the store, I got attitude and basically called a liar by the supposed manager The McDonald’s should be shut down then after I got home with the food, I found hair in my burger absolutely disgusting this place is a disgrace

I'm out in Mount pleasant Michigan and I ordered delivery from McDonald's. The order is 100% correct and everything that's supposed to be hot is hot and they even had shakes. Apparently you're shake machine is always broken
- JBJordan BeatonDec 17, 20251.0it amazes me how this location is still running, there's always issues with my order today I ordered a happy meal with extra fries instead of apple slices and there was only 1 box of like 4 stale fries in my childs happy meal. Ordered a Large 1/2 sweet,1/2 unsweet tea and was given a sweet tea lemonade. I have to be careful with my sugar and I have to order my food a certain way so the fact that this location has the hardest time doing anything is crazy to me as someone who worked in the food industry in their 20s, ya'll need to get it together
