  Very clean wonderful workers very nice fair amount of seating fast service i believe there the fastest dunkin shop around here and the cleanest! They never get my order wrong either thank you !

  I know there are a few comments saying these people are rude- but to be honest I believe it's a cultural thing. I've not had that experience. They're very blunt and they know they're a high traffic area in a busy line of work so they don't play games. They like to keep it moving. To their core they aren't rude I think they're misunderstood. I once thought the woman I dealt with was rude, I messaged them privately instead of making a review and they were super respectful and handled it. They know me by name, they make my coffee right every time RARELY do I have a complaint about my coffee here, it's the best Dunkin in the area HANDS DOWN (the Southport location). I go here almost everyday. They've almost become my friends! I will make the extra drive across town to go here specifically because the other Dunkins in Elmira... You might as well be lighting your money on fire. Great service, great people.

  On our way to New York from Toronto, Canada Our first time visiting Dunkin was Worth it. Just got our best drinks of the day- Hot - french vanilla and iced coffee caramel. (Amazing suggestion) Outstanding service Very polite and helpful staff. Shoutout to the staff - You guys made our day 🫶🏻

  There always rude, they always rush and tell me to pull up that used to be my favorite dunkin but recently everytime I go there they are just completely ignorant and don’t let me finish ordering without saying pull up, but this time they gave me 4 ketchup packets for 4 orders of hash browns so I asked for a couple more and the lady had the audacity to tell me there’s only a certain amount and I couldn’t have anymore when ketchup packets are literally completely complementary so 1 star I’m not going back.
