  One car ordering outside , another approaching the building. Two counter staff. Both staff were working the drive up. No one taking walkins. Super strange. We were inside till they started taking the next driveup. 10min wait and decided wasn’t going to be worth the wait.

  I went inside and picked up my coffee and sandwich, said "thanks have a good day." Got out the door, noticed no cold foam, so I went back in nicely and said sorry this was supposed to have cold foam. They all just looked at me, some on their phones, like I did something wrong and was a burden. 😑 they didn't say anything, took the coffee back, dumped a bunch out, then put the coldfoam on it, a bunch overflowed all out and all down the cup. The lady hands me the drink with coldfoam overflowing out the top all down the side and says “it overflowed”…no sorry or trying to clean it. I had to take it dripping all over to the counter and wipe all the coldfoam off. As I’m cleaning my cup, a girl with blonde wig and piercing all over leans over the counter to me and says rude and sarcastically “YOUR WELCOME!” Like if she's making a point that I didn't thank them for a cup overflowing all over the top and down the sides with foam that needs cleaned.…and as if I didn't already say "thank you have a nice day" the first time I was in, before I realized my order was wrong, for one, for two, I wasn’t done cleaning the mess yall made? I certainly wasn't thankful for the attitude. And also, I ordered a pepper bacon sandwich and I didn’t notice til at work that it had raw regular bacon, not the peppered. Had to air fry it at work. Bad service, wrong food and wrong coffee, and bad attitudes from the workers. As if I did something when yall are the ones incapable of reading 4 ingredients on a cup. Anyways, summary being; I don't think you need to be nasty to your customers when YOU make their order wrong and they politely tell you 😑 there wasn't even anyone else in there either so it wasn't busy. I'll stick with cafe bustelo and homemade coffees. Won’t be back! My peace is worth more than a wrong coffee made by girls with bad attitudes. Bullies bc they can't do their job bahaha. When I have an experience like this, I believe it’s a nice supportive sign from God, that I shouldn’t be eating that terrible stuff anyways, and just give it up 😆 GOD BLESS!

  Sorry you had to do your job that you applied for. I really appreciated the “ugh” when I said I had one more thing to order 😂 you made this already irritated pregnant lady just a bit more agitated. To top it off the hash browns were soggy. I actually prefer this dunkin. But bro wrong day to come I guess. 😂 bad attitude bad food. 👎👎👎👎👎

  I just ordered from door dash and asked the dasher if he could request some simple substitutions for my order and apparently they refused the simple substitutions and gave the door dasher an extremely hard time. Dunkin you are no longer the only game in town…we have tons of coffee shops to chose from and due to the way I received my order today I will now be utilizing your competition. I know I’m only one customer but you should be ashamed of your staff. Whoever the gentleman was working Thursday (3/5) morning shift at the Dunkin on miracle mile needs a course in customer service and getting along with vendor partners such as door dash. Do better. Don’t bring your attitude to work
