When i got there to pick it up at around 4:00pm they made me wait the line even though i told them I got a pick up order. The sandwich itself was garbage, I ordered extra veggies and sweet teriyaki sauce and it had random white sauce and was cold. I specifically put on the instructions to toast it but it was cold and tasted like a rock. The cashier was an Indian lady who was very rude.

I paid for a fresh sandwich, not this disaster. This is unacceptable. Fix your quality, because this is embarrassing for a store like Subway.
