  I have to be honest, I really love this McDonald’s. Came in Friday afternoon, January 9th with my family, and even though it was busy, the service was great. One employee stood out because she was walking around checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed. She noticed we were waiting for our food and immediately helped us, and a few minutes later our food came out. She even checked back again, which I really appreciated. This isn’t the first time either, every time I come here, the staff is helpful and attentive. Plus, the PlayPlace is a big bonus, and free parking is always a plus.

  McDonald’s is a convenient stop in the area. The location is easy to access, orders are usually prepared quickly, and the place is generally clean. The staff are efficient, especially during busy hours, and there are several seats available for dine-in, which is nice if you want to sit and eat. It’s located beside the DMV and close to JFK Airport, and about 15 minutes from Walmart, Home Depot, and other shopping malls, making it a very convenient stop if you’re running errands or traveling.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times and the wait time for your food is way too long; Minimum 20-30 minutes. Everyone seems to be working at a snail place. Not your definition of fast food. My last time I’ll ever visit this location. Also the owners hired a predatory tow truck service that goes around, harassing patrons asking if their car is in the lot. My car was towed within 15 minutes of ordering while I was in the bathroom waiting for food. COME AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

  Honestly, worst mc Donald’s whoever work today 12/26 around 10:48pm all people in the floor were talking about calling out. When more than 10 customers were waiting for the cashier. My order was ready and have to wait more than 20 min just because people decided to not work and talk. Y’all can talk while working but not stoping customer service.

  I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the condition of the children's play area (playground) at a McDonald's location I recently visited on 11/13/25 . ​The playground was extremely dirty, visibly unkempt, and appeared significantly neglected. This not only detracts from the overall brand experience but also represents a serious breach of basic sanitary standards, particularly in an area designed for children. ​As a frequent traveler who has visited McDonald's establishments in various countries, I am compelled to point out that this level of poor maintenance and general disrepair seems, unfortunately, common within the United States. It creates the impression that facility upkeep is done merely as a formality or 'for show,' rather than a genuine commitment to customer safety, comfort, and cleanliness. ​I urge you to immediately conduct an inspection of this facility and enforce rigorous standards for the regular and thorough disinfection and cleaning of the play area. I expect McDonald's cleanliness standards to meet its purported global level of quality."
