  This is the third time we’ve experienced an issue with our orders from the Jollibee Queens Blvd. location, and unfortunately it’s been very disappointing. During our first order, we received missing items and weren’t even able to request a refund because the order was placed directly through their website. Now with our most recent order, we received the wrong item through delivery. At this point, I’m not sure if it’s just bad luck, but having the same kind of problems three times at the same location is very frustrating. Because of these repeated issues, we’ve decided we won’t be ordering from this location again. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen to other customers.

  They need employees who speak English and understand what’s being ordered. They got my entire order wrong and the food quality was horrible. It wasn’t even busy I guess I know why now. Woodside jollibee is always busy because they are so accurate and always trying to make things right when it isn’t. I see this queensblvd location going down.. fake jollibee I would call it lol

  I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was fantastic; although the cashier didn't speak Spanish, he did his best to help. A very attentive young man named Jorge kindly helped me with my order and made sure everything was perfect. The chicken was simply spectacular: very juicy inside and delicious. Furthermore, the place was spotless. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.❤️

  Last Thursday, I went to this location around 8:00 AM because I thought they opened at 8:00, but I later found out they now open at 9:00 AM. It was freezing outside, and I was honestly just planning to wait. I want to give a huge thank you and kudos to the manager/supervisor (he was wearing a red Jollibee jacket). Even though they weren’t officially open yet, he kindly let me come inside and sit down so I wouldn’t have to stay out in the cold. I unfortunately forgot to get his name, but I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. That kind of customer service really stands out! Once they opened, the food was freshly made the chicken was very crispy and hot, just the way it should be. Definitely coming back to this location. Great service and great food!

  I enjoy going to Jollibee the food is consistently good, and it’s a place I normally look forward to visiting. However, during my recent visit, it was hard not to notice the way management spoke to employees. The tone came across as rude and passive aggressive, and at times voices were raised while giving directions. No workplace is perfect, especially in a fast paced restaurant, but professionalism and respect should always be the standard. When employees appear to be treated poorly, it changes the atmosphere and customers can feel that tension. I hope leadership takes this seriously, because employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and a positive work environment makes the experience better for everyone, both staff and customers.
