Turns out there were some missing items in my bag and the some of the items were also wrong. I went up to who I thought was the manager ( his uniform was different ) and instead of fixing the issue- he had an attitude because apparently the other 2 chickens were thighs although it’s not even what I asked for! His tone was disrespectful and the vibe was just off. They also forgot to include an item and instead of being apologetic ( he never even said sorry)- he just shoves the burger in my hand. Honestly, they need to hire more experienced managers who can better handle customers and issues when it comes up. I don’t really go to Jollibee and that experience makes me regret even giving them any business!!! I know they’re opening one in Roosevelt field- hope they hire better workers!
