  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to this Dunkin’ and ordered a Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Croissant — with NO EGG. I made it very clear to the cashier, and he even repeated it back to me. Everything seemed fine until I got my receipt and saw he had put “no cheese” instead of “no egg.” When I pointed it out, he immediately got defensive instead of apologizing. I told him, “The receipt says no cheese, not no egg,” and even his coworker confirmed it. But instead of doing the right thing and making a fresh sandwich, he tried to take the one that already had egg on it, bring it to the back, and just remove the egg! That’s disgusting and completely unprofessional. When I stopped him and told him to make a new one, he threw the old one out (which was a waste — could’ve at least given it to someone else). When he finally brought the new sandwich out, he tossed the bag at me across the counter and said, “Here.” I was honestly shocked. What kind of customer service is that? I didn’t do anything but ask for the order to be made correctly. And it didn’t stop there — he then tried to charge me $2.89 for a CUP OF ICE. When I told him I wasn’t paying for that and to take it off, he sucked his teeth and angrily slammed the cancel button on the payment pad. This is beyond rude and unprofessional. The attitude from the employees at this location is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job, find another one — don’t take it out on paying customers. I’ve had small issues here before, but this time was the last straw. I will never be coming back to this Dunkin’.

  I always get black coffee and 1 sugar at Dunkin’ Donuts in general. It’s been 3 times at this place where they keep giving me diluted coffee. They barely change the coffee machine, so the “black coffee” basically turns out to be light brown and tasteless. There’s 2 different photos from two different Dunkin’ Donuts, one is good and the other is 💩

  They do an amazing job managing large demanding crowds. They always accommodate every customer request and the manager is super hard working

  Service is very very slow . Workers move with no intentions, waited over 20 minutes for a drink. It says all these orders are ready but they are not . I’m in the bottom lol 20 mins later
