  i love dunkin I do but today when I went in to pick up an online order so I can jut grab and go my order wasnt there so I waited like always because I dont mind. if ur busy ur busy but the store didnt seem busy but idk. my main thing is I asked to use to bathroom and they said no which I 100% understand could have said it nicely instead of being harsh but its fine. the main thing is Im trying to control myself because im in pain I was denied the bathroom and couldn't move for a bit the lady asked rudely if I was done and I said can you give me a second? I asked for the bathroom again because it became an emergency she said no and that was okay, I explained to her that I was on my period and I couldn't move and if I could go use it quickly she again said no which is fine. it was the fact that I was treated harshly and told to get out. if the bathroom is employees only make a damn sign and dont treat minors who are askinf for a bathroom nicely like this.horrible service, never again

  Bought a croissant early in the morning. It tasted stale. Bought a snack wrap. It was so oily.

  Terrible service, the worker that had black hair ponytail Muslim or Indian had the audacity to almost throw me a hot latte drink at me for asking where is my drink it’s almost been 40 mins!
