However, when I still chose to order, both servers gave me an obvious look that they didn’t wanna serve and wanted the free time they have(They had no line). I let it slide, but until I asked for a sauce, I was told it was out of stock and to “keep the line moving.” Mind you, there were only two people in line, and it was nearly empty while other places were getting more orders than Chipotle itself. Running out of items is understandable. Speaking to customers with disrespect and impatience is not. If you don’t like the job, why don’t you just do something better and don’t give customers such a bitchy attitude because you don’t want to do your job that you applied for? I expect better professionalism or at least basic respect.

The manager actively reinforces strict portioning on kids’ meals to the point where employees seem uncomfortable giving even a reasonable amount. I’m a picky eater and usually order the same kids meal with the same three items because it fits my budget, time, and energy. Even so, it feels like you have to justify your order or you’re asking for too much when you’re not. Portion control is understandable, but the way it’s enforced here makes customers feel like they’re begging for food instead of being served. At this point, I’ll probably just start cooking at home.
