So this happened today, Went to get a uber order pick up for myself. Went and showed my name they said its not ready yet when uber told me its ready to pick up. Okay no problem I waited another 8/10 min, suddenly the guy is like “Yooo the line for pickup is there.” (Rude behavior). Mind you I ordered the food for myself. The sign is so small that you can’t really see without focusing properly. My question is so me being a walking customer who ordered from the app gets treated like that what happens to the DELIVERY DRIVERS very shameful. No matter how busy you are no one gives you the right to treat anyone with ignorance.
Also he goes to the screen takes a picture of my info in his personal phone. When i asked him why did you do that “He is like oh we do it for every order”. So i waited to see if did it for other orders too but No it was just my order. That’s shouldn’t be happening.
Well he didn’t know that My Glasses were recording the whole thing but i will not post it here. @charleysCheesesteaks if you need the video let me know. Thanks
