- SVSummer Valdez2 days ago1.0I don’t want to seem like a Karen but when it’s your first meal of the day and god damn Eddie gets your order wrong or the person bagging the order the only thing you can do is write a bad review knowing they won’t do anything and you wasted your money (ordered the deluxe sandwich with no TOMATOES and they gave me the grilled chicken sandwich didn’t even take out the tomate)

I ordered my food for pickup, and after eating about half of my chicken sandwich, I discovered there was a fly inside it. It completely ruined my appetite and honestly made me feel sick. This is a serious health concern and should never happen, especially at a place I’ve trusted and visited often. I really hope this location takes this seriously and improves their food safety and quality control, because this was not acceptable. I tried to call the location, but nobody answered me.

I ate my fries and as soon I get to eating my sandwich I find a mosquito in my food. Went to the front to show them and they handled it very quickly and fast event replace it.
