  Service is great. But this message is for corporate, don’t be cheap with the meat or you will be out of business at Queens Center Mall. This message is from someone that seen many restaurants die out.

  I ordered a Philly chicken sandwich with fry and all the way and there was no FRIES. I live in Manhattan and to get home with my meal incompleted.incomplete. 10/31/2025 receipt #44

  My first time visiting Charley's. I had their version of Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, Cheese Fries and fountain soda. I liked that they put sliced pickles and sweet peppers and sliced the sandwich in half. The taste and portions were fulfilling, not overwhelmingly salty or fatty. I would buy and eat at the restricted food court (proof of vaccinations and ID required). ADA accessible and restrooms available throughout QCM.
