  Probably the most helpful and consistently kind staff at any fast food restaurant. It's also one of the cleanest. There is a man with salt and pepper hair and glasses who is always on point and friendly. If he's not the manager, he should be!

  So I had a craving and boy who ever was cooking deserves a raise keep them around. Fresh, hot, crispy, soft all on point. Sad that this is not always the case but tonight great job crew. Thank you

  I was down in Middletown NY and was trying to order Taco Bell for lunch. I had a group of people with me; so my order was going to be a pretty large order. It wasn’t one or two items that I was ordering. I opened the app and began ordering but, didn’t recognize that the location was still set more locally (Ellenville, NY) the app usually does an awesome job with picking the nearby location to where you are. I placed the order in and when the last page came up is when I just realized that the order location was wrong. This was a mistake, not done on purpose. The very second I realized the location was messed up; I phoned Ellenville, NY location asking them to cancel the order immediately, while also apologizing to the said manager on the phone line. I’m certain they didn’t make any of the food on the order yet, the manager could have canceled it out. However, the manager got unjustly rude with me over the phone and told me he was not going to cancel the order at all, he was instead going to go forward with making the order and taking the money for it. I tried to ask him not to do such thing again while still apologizing. He still was very nasty with his attitude and continued to refuse to cancel the order. I told him I would have to call my bank then. Which I did and filed a complaint over what happened. They told me legally I could press charges on the manager in Ellenville for not canceling my order and taking >$60. However, I chose not to press charges on the manager. I don’t go to that location anymore to order food because of how nasty and indignant the manager was with me over the phone. I’m certain they could have canceled the order because I have worked at Taco Bell previously and I seen on multiple occasions where people requested their food to be canceled and to get a refund. As a staff member at Taco Bell, I watched my manager have to comply with the customer’s request right away for canceling an order and refunding them on top of apologizing and we gave them a “Oops”/Sorry card (it was a card for them to get a free crunchy taco). Listen, I don’t care about any free crunchy taco. I was just trying to order lunch for my family that day. We were in Middletown NY not Ellenville NY. I got charged twice, once for Middletown and once for Ellenville. I shouldn’t have gotten charged at all for the Ellenville location because I immediately contacted the area to cancel the order out. The manager’s attitude was absolutely unprofessional with how he handled things. Higher ups should watch whatever manager they have at Ellenville NY location and be certain he isn’t stealing money from either the customers or the Ellenville location itself as a whole. I know me refusing to go to said location doesn’t make much difference. I have worked retail and even worked at Taco Bell as well but, employees need to be more professional especially when it comes to actual mistakes that are caught right away. There is definitely no need to get nasty over a one time mistake that occurred and take someone’s money over it. 😠

  Food is good service is all right atmosphere is quiet and slow parking lot can get busy though
