  I ordered a l large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and two salads. My total came to $36 and some change. I gave the delivery guy $40 in cash and he told us that we need to call the store to get a refund so we gave him $40 for one stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and when I called back they would never pick up the phone they would never call me back nothing nothing at all it's like they just robbed me. The pizza was not really good either it seemed like it was rushed however I'm still trying to get in contact with them today so since they don't want to answer the phone I'm just going to go drive with my receipt and go ask for a refund because this is unacceptable I came all the way to visit Syracuse and this is what I get for dinner. Not cool very disappointing

  The worst stuff very disrespectful towards their customers there's this old lady that works there's she's very rude and nasty dont order from here because you will be disappointed.

  We ordered items that cost more than $50 and added a $10 tip. The app kept saying it was on its way and it was more than 2 hrs since we placed the order. Not knowing they delivered it and left it at the front desk but the app didn’t show it was delivered. By that time we have called the store 4 times and they either dropped the call after waiting for a long time or they kept connecting us to “the store” which is a weird system because we called the phone number listed as the store number. The pizza was cold and tasted horrible. Pizza crust was doughy and undercooked. The only thing that tasted a little better was the cheese sticks. They also got the chicken wings order wrong. Never order from this place! They suck and don’t deserve a star.👎👎🤮🤮

  Placed a order For 2 Personal Pizzas Forgot To Add Pepperoni And Sausage I Tried Adding it through DoorDash Wouldnt Let Me Had To Call Store Call The Store At 1015 Just For Nobody To Answer i asked my doordash to ask them to answer the phone or if they can add the toppings the employees said it had to be added through the app my driver offered to pay for topping The Employee Denied Him To pay For Toppings Which Is Not Customer Service like ill be calling the store manager and corporate
