I placed a pick up order and waited 30 mins to get through the drive thru. I FINALLY get to the window, the employee hands me my coffee and I can tell it’s made wrong so I say something and she says it’s made right that’s how it looks. I order the same drink every day (at a different donut) and know how it looks. So I drove to the one down the road and got a different one. Horrible customer service at this one.

The last few times we went, they never added an flavoring to the drink and totally screwed up the food. We even left a complaint to corporate and nothing was done. It's twice the distance to the dunkin on bridge street but well worth it for consistent and high quality food/service.
