I come to this Wendy’s often, and always have had normal interactions, however today I had placed a pickup order and a girl with tacky pink earrings refuses to give me my order, tells me to go inside and get it, rudely ignores me and slams the window, however I was recently injured and literally was not able to go inside even if I wanted to. Wasn’t able to get my order or a refund. Customer service is a 0.

First of all, we pull up to the drive thru and ask the lady if the new chicken tenders is real chicken and she responds and says the chicken is plastic, so I dont understand if she was being humorous or not, but I felt offended. & then proceeded to ask again and she tells us to go on the website. Now why in the world would I go on the website if she is as an employee there and should know whether the tenders is similar to the nuggets or not. Im sorry but that is unacceptable behavior, and if she doesn't know the menu items then maybe she shouldn't be working the drive thru.
