Wasn’t able to get my order or a refund. Customer service is a 0.

Now why in the world would I go on the website if she is as an employee there and should know whether the tenders is similar to the nuggets or not. Im sorry but that is unacceptable behavior, and if she doesn't know the menu items then maybe she shouldn't be working the drive thru.
