  Whoever Eli is that's working April 15th at 22:12pm. Terrible customer service. Instead of telling me i had to come in to the store to pick up my uber eats order, had me wait in line then tell me at the window. Why waste my time. And i had to wait behind another car to get this information .Terrible customer service

  There’s a woman named Missy working the cashier for drive thru who is seriously the nicest person ever. 10/10 customer service.

  This might be the worst taco bell I've been to. Customer service is bad. I ask them to double grill my quesadillas they said they can’t, mind you i used to work at Taco Bell I know you can. One time I mentioned they forgot my nacho cheese the lady said she put my name in the book and when I came to get my nachos and cheese the manager or whoever she was said my name is not in the book so i can not get my nachos. One time i asked them in my breakfast burrito to put the potatoes on the side instead of in the burrito She said she would have to ring me up for a side of potatoes thati would have to pay extra for. This is sad how bad their service are.

  3/3/26 at 5:45 I was forced to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Food was fine, but honestly I'm still dumbfounded that I just spent 30 minutes in a drive thru line
