  I hate using the drive thru. I always feel pressured and stressed. Brian was taking my order. He was so incredibly friendly and very patient with me. He practically walked me through every step. He made my experience calm and so nice. Thank you, Brian!

  I live 1 minute away. Love Wendy's and would come here frequently if it were not for the sharp decline in standards and customer service at this location. 3 seperate times I have come to this location anywhere from 8-930. Of those 3 visits I was only able to be served once. Twice the on-duty staff claim that they cannot take my order and are only accepting online orders due to lack of staff. The other time I waited at the window for close to 5 minutes and not a single person even acknowledged I was at the drive-up window... Wendys has gone from a former favorite fast food option to one of the worst options due to the recurring issues at not only this location but ALL of them in this area. The staff doesn't care, service is slow, and food is inconsistent... You all just need to do better and get staff that actually want to work.

  I just used the bathroom but decided not to order anything because the place was very dirty. Staff are lovely but I can't buy food at a place that is really dirty. Parking lot was not plowed at all and almost got stuck. I'm sure staff are lovely but management needs to take action.

  This Wendy's has gone downhill. No one in line around 9:15pm but one person at the window. No customers inside the restaurant. Waited almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and apologized for the wait and they would be with us shortly. Waited another 3-4 minutes for someone to finally take our order. One meal. Got home around the corner. Fries were cold and just a little more than half way filled. Burger patties were burnt on the edge and the bun was hard around the edges. The diet coke also had no syrup in it. Just soda water. Spent $16 for garbage.

  Worse Wendy in the city of Rochester and quite frankly should be closed down and replaced with something better. Drove 15 minutes to this location because it’s the closest one to me, I was craving a jr bacon cheeseburger also grabbed fries and nuggets. I specifically asked for everything fresh. They had me waiting 15 minutes to get my food thinking its going to be fresh, I literally got handed a cold burger the patty was broken up and freezing cold how disgusting my nuggets hard and cold my fries were warm . I returned my burger and nuggets so they had a chance to redeem themselves and got back an oddly burnt shaped patty and top it off no bacon on my jr bacon cheeseburger. Literally failed twice, I understand it’s just fast food but I chose to spend my money here and I was treated and handled like an inconvenience, my food was like scraps that came from there waste and I wouldn’t be surprised if it did. I immediately had stomach issues after digesting the 3 bites I only took. The manager needs to be replaced and and the grill person needs to be placed in a different position. I was at the facility on Saturday night January 31,2025 at 9:30 -10 pm . Please check your cameras and tell me what your employees were doing but definitely not working. I will be calling the business bureau on this place. It’s ridiculous in the owner clearly doesn’t care.
