  I come to this location on a regular basis after work since I work close by. Each time I go, I’ve had nothing but friendly interactions with the staff and my food is always ready on time when I come pick it up. I’m pretty sure they see me walking up and know me by now since I’m a frequent customer lol The few times I’ve gone on the weekends, if my food is not ready by the time I get there, they’re usually pretty busy through the drive through and the amount of cars in the parking lot. Inside is busy as well. If I have to wait 5-10 minutes longer from the expected time, that’s not a big deal bc the food is always hot and there are worse things than having to wait a little longer (I work with beings that live and die so that’s worse than having to wait a few extra minutes). The restaurant is always clean and if the floor is wet bc of weather or whatnot, those yellow signs are put up. The food industry is hard and ppl can be very picky about their orders. If you’re complaining about waiting an extra couple minutes or something wasn’t made to your exact preference, humble yourself bc there are worse things in the world.

  I want to pick up an order I arrive I waited 25 minutes . All I asked was for an update on how much longer it would take a big black lady in the back started swearing causing and telling me not to worry about it if I'm the delivery guy worst customer service ever
