- SSSOct 2, 20254.0I’ve only been in here twice to order empanadas, but both times the lady at the back counter was extremely nice and welcoming. Her empanadas are AMAZING! Better then the empanada shop down the street (sorry, but true), I like them better then the ones at the Rochester public market, and better then another empanada company that goes to the Fairport market. They are so good!! Amazingly crispy with the perfect meat texture inside. You know when something’s that good when you crave it and can’t stop thinking about it. I do realize this is essentially a bar, and I wish it didn’t smell like booze and cigarette smoke every time I walked in so I could bring others to eat here. Unfortunately with that smell I won’t be able too, but I’ll still come in for takeout. My only suggestion would be to please get ahead of spraying this year as you had ants on the pickup counter and menu where I got my food. I was really grossed out but didn’t have the heart to say anything. I’ll still be back to order some more soon :)
