I called to order an extra pizza as we have extra guests and the owner refused to deliver our extra pizza with the rest already coming unless I paid a full delivery charge. When I asked him about how this was fair since they are already driving there and delivering the other pizzas he still refused to drop this one off without a full delivery charge on top of all the money we’ve already spent on pizza. He eventually hung up on me while I was asking to cancel my order. I said I was going to post this Google review and he said go ahead I’m not going to be controlled by you and your threats. What happened to customer service and decent people?
