  Long time customer, no longer coming back. Large brown sugar shaken espresso and 2 glazed blueberry doughnuts my daily order for I don't know how long now. Over the last 2 weeks when I have shown up in the morning I've been told the espresso machine is down 4 to 5 times. On top of that annoyance the last time I was there, Monday 2/2 it sounded like the gentleman came on the speaker and told me the espresso machine was down, but he talked extremely quietly, so I asked twice, "did I hear you correctly? Is the espresso machine down?" After getting no response to my question I drove to the window to get confirmation. This is where the 2nd gentleman looks at me waves his finger in a circle telling me to go around again. This really upset me, you see me everyday, you know damn well I know the procedure. You couldn't figure there must of been a problem if I was driving up to the window? So in conclusion being this coffee place can't seem to be ready to make coffee in the morning anymore and the new morning crew can't give the proper respect to an everyday customer of 5+ years. I have decided to abandon the last decent Dunkin in my area.

  I love this location! The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because they never mix my coffee all the way so when I get to the bottom theres so much sugar I have to throw it out. Plus I had done a few call ahead orders and had my coffee be ice cold when its supposed to be hot and the sandwiches are usually wrong. If I don't address it on the spot then im told theres nothing they can do. Thats around $40 I spent but couldn't enjoy. I learned to just stop doing order ahead and now I don't have issues. I still love you guys!

  Employees are slow. Like short bus slow. Went there couple of times, both times the order got messed up. Ordered a hot latte, it was cold both times, Like its been sitting around cold. Me: can i get egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and a medium hot mocha (what ever its called) Employee: “yes ofcource (insert $ amount) please pull up at the next window” Employe: 1 egg and cheese on a-plain bagel, and a medium hot mocha? Me: yes Employee: here you go. Me: thank you ( grabs the paper bag, thinks hold up its to light for a bagel and it smells like bacon) So i pull around and go inside. Me:” hi, so i ordered egg and cheese on a plain bagel, this is a bacon egg and cheese wrap” Employee: no its not its a bagel. Me: no its a wrap Employe: no its not, its a bagel, see the label says bagel. Me: its a wrap, LOOK AT IT. Employe opens it up. (Ohhh shit its the missing wrap, ok we will re make it. They remake it, this time its a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. (Still wrong)
