  Everytime ive come here in the past week ive ordered the same thing. Large hot coffee with caramel swirl and whole milk with a sausage and cheese no egg on am English muffin. And every time it's been a large caramel.swirl with oatmilk amd the muffin has had egg. How hard is it to get an order right and when I say thank you I get no response and my bag almost thrown at me. Please teach your team members how to do their job properly. Its really not that hard.

  The most recent time I went to this coffee shop I was so disappointed.Me and my family walked in in the late afternoon and asked to buy some doughnuts we all had already picked out which ones we wanted when the lady at the counter said that they did not have any doughnuts WHEN ABOUT 100 DOUGHNUTS WERE BEHIND HER! I pointed this on and her response was that those doughnuts were for the morning customers. She essentially told us that our business was not as important as the morning customers. 🥺I just wanted a Boston cream doughnut🍩

  Long time customer, no longer coming back. Large brown sugar shaken espresso and 2 glazed blueberry doughnuts my daily order for I don't know how long now. Over the last 2 weeks when I have shown up in the morning I've been told the espresso machine is down 4 to 5 times. On top of that annoyance the last time I was there, Monday 2/2 it sounded like the gentleman came on the speaker and told me the espresso machine was down, but he talked extremely quietly, so I asked twice, "did I hear you correctly? Is the espresso machine down?" After getting no response to my question I drove to the window to get confirmation. This is where the 2nd gentleman looks at me waves his finger in a circle telling me to go around again. This really upset me, you see me everyday, you know damn well I know the procedure. You couldn't figure there must of been a problem if I was driving up to the window? So in conclusion being this coffee place can't seem to be ready to make coffee in the morning anymore and the new morning crew can't give the proper respect to an everyday customer of 5+ years. I have decided to abandon the last decent Dunkin in my area.
