  Messed up my son’s order through drive through. Paid for a whole meal with a drink as shown on the receipt and got no drink. When I confronted them they said they can’t help me. Absolutely ridiculous

  Not only is there like one or maybe two people that speak English here in the entire building, but it’s impossible to get good service here. They will ignore you and talk amongst themselves like it’s social hour instead Of doing what they’re there to do which is work.

  Handicap parking is nowhere near entrance, can't even access building with the door immediately in front of Handicap parking. Make it make sense.

  Yeah maybe don’t say your drive thru is open til 1am and then refuse me my order I already paid for when I arrive. Now I gotta call my bank and say you guys committed fraud on my account.

  El peor McDonald que eh visitado pedi mi orden en la aplicación cuando llegue estuve esperando como 20 minutos y mi orden no aparecía solo sabían caminar de un lado a otro y nadie me resolvió tuve q venirme porq aparte andaba en taxi cuando venia de camino llame y da la casualidad que ya les aparecía la orden son unos ineptos aparte de que page un montón por el tiempo de espera no me reembolsaron.
