Today my husband when to get one for her and the woman behind the counter said they don’t make them anymore that’s funny because yesterday I got one for her.she also told him that if he still wanted the children’s smoothie that she will make it out he would have to pay the adult smoothie price.i refuse to go to tropical smoothie if that’s how they run their business.
- RNR NineAug 25, 20251.0*THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT MANAGEMENT* Today, August 25th 2025 at 1pm, a woman was working BY HERSELF. The line piled up as she was flooded with orders doing everything solo. She did a fantastic job at managing orders and expectations for the people waiting and my smoothie was perfectly made. I don’t know her name but she definitely went above and beyond and deserves recognition. She explained that they had 2 employees call out but my question is: why isn’t the manager/owner there or having other staff come in? This woman, likely making minimum wage, was doing the job of 3 people! Where was management? I hope she was compensated for the excellent hard work she did keeping the business afloat while the manager/owners were no where to be found.
