My order is rarely correct and when I get the bacon, it’s always cold and not edible due to some awful taste. I’ve tried a couple times and I can honestly only blame myself for continuing to go there. The staff is non helpful and honestly, more often than not there is a language barrier. On to the next

Upon arriving to pick up, after buying a coffee and tipping nearly as much as I paid for the coffee to compensate a normally very kind staff that assists us, I went to pick up my co workers orders. They apparently didn’t go through the system properly. The barista was back and forth between saying the order didn’t exist or it did exist but I wouldn’t be able to know unless I gave the full legal name of everyone who ordered AND their account number. Staff was needlessly aggressive and unclear with what the problem was, and wouldn’t clarify if the order was in or not. Encouraging my companies staff to no longer give them business.
