    Ordered our food at 6:55, was told would be ready at 7:20. Arrived at 7:20 and order wasn't ready. Was then told chicken had to be cooked for all the orders. Waited 20 minutes, it was now 7:40 and orders started coming out. I then asked if they had my order and was told it would be a little while til my order would be ready. I then asked to have my order cancelled and be given a refund. I was then told that I couldn't be given a refund in the store I had to cancel my order online because I ordered on the website. When I then asked for guidance on how to cancel my order, I was given no help. The manager then told me she would make my order immediately and rushed the order. When I got home both of my kids quesadillas were not cooked, our chips were smashed into crumbs, and overall food tasted terrible. I've contacted Chipotle about my experience and asked for a refund and was offered a free soda. Should have read the reviews before we placed our order. Will never order Chipotle again.

    This chipotle location is a complete mess. I do an online order. I almost never get utensils or napkins put in it every time I’ve gone inside. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t talk to you when you’re waiting for an online order pick up. It takes them forever to be attentive. There’s constantly food and trash overflowing the garbage , the tables are always dirty. It’s just under such bad management, I’m assuming they really need to step up their game and hire people with common sense. I’d much rather make the trip down the road to the chipotle by Chick-fil-A, then waste my time going to this one with the terrible customer service and a terrible atmosphere.
