  Mal servicio, las empleadas se ponen a hablar entre ellas mientras lo tienen a uno esperando por mucho tiempo incluso sin estar ocupadas, la peor atencion que eh tenido en un Wendy’s

  Usually pick up mobile orders and ready when I get there. Today I placed a mobile order and got to the location 10 minutes later. Waited in the drive-through line told them I was there to pick up a mobile order when I got to the window, they told me to pull off to the side... I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and went inside and it was sitting there on the back counter. Food is cold and was told I cannot get a refund because the “boss” Patricia is not there. Terrible service

  They put all of whag we ordered in one paper bag by the time I got home everything fell out the bottom of the bag.

  I ordered online, received confirmation of the pickup time, and went to the store to pick it up, only to be told my order hadn't been placed. I don't know if it was a problem with the online system or the store staff, but it was incredibly frustrating.

  Potholes at entrance from Hempstead turnpike for iver 6 months. Do you have common sense to be running a business? People turning entering your business are traveling at or above 40 mph before turning at entrance. There is no time to check for surface with traffic behind us. You are deliberately trying to cause accident for people.
