  Message for owner. When ordering on line and there is a spot for leaving a tip I never leave a tip on a Credit card as it is a penalty to the staff. There is no option that says leave a cash tip upon arrival. I feel cheap when I put it a zero and then upon arrival I do always leave a tip in cash with the staff that process my order. To take it one step further, why not have an option to pay in cash upon arrival? This would save Pietro's a credit card fee. As a small business owner, I try to support by always paying in cash. You can secure the order with a credit card in case the person does not show up but when they show and pay in cash, Pietro's benefits.

  From the moment I walked in, this place felt like family. It was my first time there, but somehow it felt like I knew everyone. The staff was so welcoming, personable, and genuinely kind—it made the whole experience special. You can really feel the authenticity here, not just in the atmosphere but in the food too. Amazing pizza, great service, and an overall vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. Rebecca will not steer you wrong. Amazing service.

  The staff was really polite and the decor was charming. The main issue was the food. I ordered a large cheese pie which came out extremely burnt. Its sad to think that a staff member saw the condition of the pizza and still thought it was acceptable. A degree of char is acceptable and expected but the pie was burnt to the point where it affected the taste of the pizza.
