  Philia has quickly become my favorite restaurant in the area. The service is incredible—everyone is so welcoming and attentive, and they truly make you feel valued. The lamb chops are on another level… easily the best I’ve had anywhere. The octopus is tender and perfectly cooked, and the Greek salad tastes unbelievably fresh. The seafood here is outstanding and definitely the best in the neighborhood. Philia is a wonderful addition to the community—beautiful atmosphere, high-quality ingredients, and flavors that keep you coming back. Highly recommended.

  The food is very good. They start you off with warm pita and some type of eggplant dip. I had the chicken shish kebab dinner. It was served with rice. The chicken was nice and juicy. The ambience and service were great. Bit pricey but a nice restaurant to go to.

  We arrived on a Friday night without a reservation, and the restaurant was completely full. Still, the host kindly made space for us right away and quickly found us a cozy table near the entrance. A few minutes later, the bartender came to offer us drinks and then returned with the specials of the night. We decided to try the lamb special absolutely outstanding, something you’d only find in a high-end restaurant. The Greek salad was incredible fresh and perfectly balanced. The Branzino was cooked to perfection, and we finished with the Greek yogurt, which was the perfect ending to an amazing dinner. As I got up to leave the check, I looked around everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals and the beautiful design of the place. The atmosphere is extremely warm and inviting, and the holiday decorations blend perfectly with the Mediterranean style. The Christmas lights fill the room with peace and joy, making you truly enjoy your evening. We’ll definitely be back! We found Philia on Google while deciding between Kyclades and Meraki in Huntington, and we’re so happy this place appeared first. My wife was delighted and so were we. Philia is truly a hidden gem in Long Island.

  We had decided to try Philia today it was nothing but amazing! Beautifully decorated, there aren’t many restaurants on the Island decorated like Philia. It felt like I was in Manhattan. We had such an awesome time cozy, definitely a place to go at this time of the year. It made my day they do add 3.5% on credit cards food was very good we recommended. For the time well decorated definitely worth it 👌 well done

  What an amazing dining experience! From start to finish, everything at Philia Restaurant in East Meadow was exceptional. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender and full of flavor, the plaki filet sole was light and delicious, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection — juicy and full of Mediterranean taste. The homemade cheesecake was one of the best I’ve ever had, and my daughter absolutely loved the baklava sundae — she said it was incredible! The place itself is beautiful, with that elegant white and blue Greek decor that makes you feel like you’re dining by the sea. Service was warm and professional, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Without a doubt, Philia is one of the best restaurants in Long Island — highly recommended for families, friends, or anyone who loves great Greek food and amazing hospitality.
