They seem to ALWAYS be backed up with the mobile orders, and even after you can see on the screen that your order is ready for pickup, they just leave the order back there in the kitchen knowing that you’re waiting for the order. No sense of urgency or care whatsoever. Not to mention it’s impossible to get an employee’s attention because they’re all always hiding behind the kitchen, avoiding serving anyone who’s standing at the counter. It’s like trying to hail a cab in midtown Manhattan, and failing. Either this restaurant is woefully understaffed, the employees are poorly trained, or both. It’s evident that the manager is terrible at their job and should be replaced immediately.

Finally they made me the chai latte but it was bad, it tastes like rotten wood. This place is going down. Not coming back.
