  I hate to write this because I come here all the time but the service here is horrible they take 20 mins to make my order when no one is in the store he called me to short to see me and laughed it off like bro that wasn’t funny and I could barely understand him and he is addicted to his phone go to the one by cvs

  I hate to Write this but after several times I have to this is Hands down the worse Dunkin’ Donuts on the island this place messes up the orders everytime…everytime… workers are constantly falling asleep like they are on drugs and never using clean gloves touching there cuts and nose then the food then the money this place use to be good but the new owners run a terrible establishment drive 5 mins down the road to oakdale they are so amazing

  Went in there with a group of highschoolers and the woman behind the counter actually told a near 70-year-old woman as she handed the bathroom key to her to please flush and wash your hands and proceeded to explain to the store that they HAVE to tell people that!!! What?!?? I was mortified for that woman! What kind of rule is that especially saying it out loud in front of a pretty filled store for such a small location

  Not sure what happened to this Dunkin Donut location. There use to be four very nice woman who worked at this location. Since new management all the previous hard working, pleasant, and quick to get you your orders employees have quit. Service has not been the same since. The quality of the coffee has declined as well. One of my coffee orders had coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Another few times my hot coffee was cold. I am disappointed. I use to look forward to my morning coffee and morning smiling crew.
