  I went there today to get lunch March 2nd around 1:30 and there are cones outside I walked around the cones I slipped on ice and fell and slammed my right side to the ground and I told the women that made my sub that you should throw rock salt down she told me she wasn't lifting any bags of rock salt cuz she doesn't want to hurt her back if anybody see the video you'll see when I'm talking about so if you can please reach out to me thank you this is very important some old lady or somebody else can fall that would break something I injured my right side and I have plenty of pictures of the surroundings

  Online orders are marked as picked up before they’re even started, and walk-in customers are clearly prioritized over those who’ve already paid. Ended up waiting while others came and went. Also saw someone slip on ice on the walkway in the parking lot. Poor service and safety standards.

  It's freezing 🥶 temperature for dining in. An absolute no-go. Will never put a foot in the door. Staff doesn't have control over heat as I asked them to turn the heater higher.
