- TYT. Youdon1 day ago1.0Worst staff and harassing behavior! The other day I was at the store and saw the whole staff ganging up on an uber driver for an order issue. Staffs were talking to each other in their language and screaming at the driver especially the women at the ice cream counter, for their negligence of mistake order. That experience solely made me realize that I do not want to stay there any longer. This needs to be reported to management. They are disgracing Dunkin

The person who answered the phone (whom did not want to give her name) stated she wouldn’t know because she didn’t work there last night and was told to call again at night. We inquired if there was a manager we can speak to, we were placed on hold and the same lady comes back saying “she said no.” I asked “she said no to what?” She said we had to call later. I asked to speak to the manager as I was not sure if the person was understanding my inquiry. She said “the manager is busy and can’t talk”. I was explaining we wanted to speak to the manager to inquire if they had a place where they kept items that may have been lost. The women did not want to put the manager on the phone.
