  I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this location. There is one employee in particular who repeatedly comments on how I order my coffee. On one visit, she asked, “Why so much cream?” and then told me I shouldn’t be putting that much. I explained that it’s simply how I like my coffee, but the comments continued. As a customer, I don’t feel I should have to justify my order or be questioned about my preferences. A coffee shop should respect that people customize their drinks the way they like. This has happened more than once, and each time I’ve had to ask for additional cream, I’ve been met with attitude. On my most recent visit, not only did I experience the same issue, but when I got home, the iced coffee tasted awful—like it was old—and even had an unpleasant smell. I’ve never had any conflict with the staff, which makes this treatment confusing and disappointing. Other Dunkin’ locations provide much better service and a more welcoming experience. I hope this location improves both its customer service and quality control. I wish I could give zero
