  Whoever working the afternoon shift on 2/21/26 at 145pm needs more training and less socializing and messing around, I have sat in this line for over a half an hour! 30 mins before even having my order taken! And I sat in this line and watched every single person in the other line go right through 10 people in the other line went through before I even got my order taken, absolutely ridiculous

  Sadly I really like 7 Brew coffee and drinks, but the service and the 7 Brew in Dunkirk is exceptionally badly run! There doesn’t seem to be any system for how to take and organize the online orders so the lines move so slow. One time we waited in line for 45 minutes and not due to the line being too long. Someone needs to get this place organized.

  Let's just put it right out there... This is not a good location for any restaurant. The movie Plex is hard to get out of, and hard to navigate especially in the snow. And especially with the potholes. There is no real atmosphere there's no place to sit! I hope this isn't the trend with a Sonic opening up here too, if I go to a restaurant i want to be inside. I can see the case for coffee but again the location is bad, Even if you're just getting off of the Thruway. The value is not quite there. I had a medium, there was a lot of ice. A lot of ice. Perhaps if some of that melted it would have made the coffee less thick, but I tend to like a thinner drink. $12 for medium and a small? And to make it worse I couldn't find prices anywhere. On the bright side the staff is amazing. They have a good understanding of what you might want if you've never been there. They're also very friendly and very concerned. I tipped extra just knowing they were dealing with impatient people and it truly felt like they didn't expect any tips. The coffee is also very good too. I had a salty caramel and my girl had a raspberry macchiato I believe, about the same quality as Starbucks. But that's the problem... we already have Tim Hortons, dunkin' donuts, Starbucks and heck even McDonald's has good drinks now, with a poor location and the prices, well, I just don't think there's a place for another coffee shop. I will be back at some point, I want to try a regular coffee just to see. But not a place I would truly recommend unless you're looking for an every once in awhile treat.

  Visited 7 Brew the day prior to try out their 7 Energy slushee drinks and they were amazing! We wanted to relive the experience today, however, we were greeted with a rushed staff, who asked if we ordered smoothies. As the customer, I did say the wrong thing and said yes, however, quickly corrected and was treated not the greatest. Then was given a rushed drink with chopped up ice and poor customer service. It may have been the staff members that are working this selected shift that depreciated this visit, however we will be thinking twice before going back. Very disappointed in the incorrect order!

  I went yesterday I got the offer you buy two medium drinks for $9 never went there first time I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino and ice matcha the French vanilla cappuccino was 1/2 cup drink instead full cup the matcha was ok
