  Ordered a plain bagel toasted they put it into the microwave i asked to have it toasted the guy said were not turning it on for 1 person! What the hell is that why have it if they won’t use it this is the third time ive had poor service im not coming back if this is the way the owner wants to run his business

  Okay. Don't know what it will take to get some of those employees held accountable. Guess I'll post a shitty review everyday. Awful service, no surprise there. Placed a doordash pickup order, went to get it thru the drive thru as I had two kids in the car. Stated what my pick up was and was told "you need to come in for that" i explained the situation and was pretty much cut off from talking to be told "okay you needa come in to get it" so I did. Upon entering, the order is sitting right there, and they handed it to me anyway, what was the purpose? If there's no reason behind why I needed to bring my kids in, why did I have to? The amount of times they have just been so rude to me is astronomical. Definitely wont be going back, but WILL continue to post terrible reviews until ownership or management does something because that business is pathetic.

  Fast service, fresh food and coffee. Definitely a good dunkin to visit.

  Just got served a nasty raunchy coffee clearly old and stale bitter and disgusting I would go to Tim Hortons right next door what a mistake I just made

  I got a drink there, didn’t end up tasting how I wanted so Joey fixed it right up for me no problem! Fantastic customer service!
