And then was asked if I wanted a plain macchiato, when I had said caramel the first 3 times. I could hear them talking at the window asking if it was plain and I said loud enough for them to hear 'it's caramel, and you could ask me because I'm at the window.' And of course when I got it and tried it, it was just plain. And a large. So over $6 wasted. I also never got my receipt. Wasn't asked if i wanted it. The kid at the window was extremely rude. I even made a point to tell him I hoped he had a better day. The drive through wasn't that busy and the parking lot had maybe a handful of cars. But from looking in the window they seemed fully staffed. I am not that person to rage in demanding a discount or to redo my order, but the whole experience was ridiculous. Do better dunkin employees of Dryden, NY!!!
