I got the response from the corporate that they forwarded the feedback to the franchise owner. In last two weeks I was giving the franchise owner a chance to see if he would follow up with cleaning plan. The franchise owner has zero courtesy to respond. Also notified the Health Department. Will not step a foot in here again.
