The two employees had no idea about a promotion, they called their manager, who told them there is a discount button on the register for 10% I guess Google should reflect their policy at least for 2025 veterans day. Yikes

I order from here on the regular and for whatever reason the weekend manager says she isnt taking over the phone orders because it’s her preference. What sense does that make your listed as a take out place but a customer can’t order take out.

And was like oh im a manager too... biiiicchh you aint THE manager. This wasnt my first time using one of these cupons either. So i know what im doing.

The smoothies are probably the only thing worth getting. The gentlemen behind the counter was so soft spoken and I felt so rude asking him what every time he spoke… The atmosphere was off… not one person looked like they wanted to be there…

Excited to learn we have them nearby Syracuse. So I happily beat a path when I got back. My entire issue is service. And it's down to one girl. (I only saw 2 kids there. One fellow & her.) I found her cold & abrupt. Bordering impolite but I can't fairly say that. Just severely lacking any kind of warmth & low on tact. Hoping to come back here often, so I'm logging this less than shiny review. Usually I just write a place off internally, go somewhere else and leave negative reviews to others. And yes, I know how hard it is to get good help! This place isn't cheap either. So I want (a little) more than a good smoothie for my damn near $10 (if u leave $1 in the tip jar).
