The girl who helped me, Gi, was fast, organized, kind, and personable. She double checked her counting multiple times to make sure I had everything, double checked each gift receipt and recounted when I had my charge receipt, she even put each individual gift receipt in the card envelope. Can’t say enough positive things about this visit may not have been coffee but it was a great experience nonetheless. Check them out

There were like 100 little pieces of plastic ground up and several big pieces. Contacted both Dunkin corporate and the franchise owner multiple times before I finally got a response which was we’re sorry here’s a $20 gift card. Have heard nothing since despite repeated attempts and request to check the video footage and find out how this could’ve happened. Shameful!
