  Ill give this wendys 3 stars . They make the food right . Time of ordering and getting food is just like anywhere else 9 to 12 minutes in the drive thru

  I had a really frustrating experience at Wendy’s it was only 10pm theyre open until 12am. I pulled into the drive-thru and started placing my order when the employee suddenly stopped me mid-sentence and said they were only taking mobile orders and DoorDash. There was no sign or warning before getting in line. I told them I was already stuck in the drive-thru line and asked what I was supposed to do. They said they would talk to their manager and get back to me. After that… nothing. They never came back on the speaker and I was just left sitting there waiting with cars behind me. What made it even more confusing was that I could see employees inside sweeping the floors, smoking, changing garbages, and standing around talking. If they’re supposedly too busy to take orders, then why isn’t anyone actually working the register or helping customers? I ended up leaving and going to KFC instead and had a great experience there. The difference in service was night and day. Wendy’s seriously needs to get their customer service and communication together.

  Yo, you should change your listed hours if your employees are gonna turn me away from the drive-thru at quarter to 10pm. I get that it's a Sunday night, but wow! I was told, "we're only accepting mobile orders and door dash right now". It's okay tho, I got some KFC instead. Their dining room was still open!
