The restaurant was not busy at the time. For a Taco Bell, they claimed they did not have happier hour, and when I asked for a cup of water, they charged me three dollars for a bottle. They also made our items incorrectly. And did not ask if we would like any condiments or napkins. Overall, this experience was a zero out of 10 and we will not be returning when we visit this area again. I am surprised this location has 3.7 stars. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. dissapointed.

When I said crispy all of sudden she’s like oh we don’t have the leg and thigh in crispy. There was a piece of paper taped to the speaker box saying no ice. I got to the window. The girl rips the money out of my hand and hands me my change. Then or some reason her and the manager start fiddling around with the safe looking for rolls of quarters. I look at my food sitting there. She closes the window. She hands me my bag of food and I ask for my drink. She’s says “I only have so many hands” and hands me my drink and I say thank you to her. No response back and slams the window. I get home and the drink is room temperature and the chicken was a saggy greasy mess. Thanks…
