They then asked for payment information and charged us 3 times and told us the payments were not going through even though we were actively watching the charges go through on our bank app. We asked to speak with a manager and they barely spoke English too and started yelling over the phone that card information is incorrect… Butttt they charged us 3 times. absolutely insane to me -0 stars.
