  Ordered the cream of chicken & wild rice soup. It was so watered down, not creamy at all. This is not the first time they gave me watery soup at this Pantera bread location. Then they make you wait at the window, no one mans it and workers inside judt walk by. Non check why your sitting at the window. I would have left yhis review on panneras site but there is no place to leave a review...i wonder why. Not happy with this particular Pannera bread on the corner of Commack Rd and Grand Blvd in deer park

  Panera Bread always delivers an excellent experience from start to finish. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient.   I just had the worst experience in the drive through. I waited for 5 minutes at the window with 5 workers by the window ignoring me. There was no line and only one table full inside. I had to park and come inside. My order was placed online and I was sent a confirmation that it was ready. When o got there it was not ready. The simple order of a salad and half sandwich took them over 1 hour to make.
