    Bagels are from another bagel shop. (Least of the worries) The same person that is handling the money is handling the food and has no problem doing it in front of the customers. Lack of cleanliness

    Order from this place all the time & look forward to cashing in my 1,500 rewards for the omelette I always get only to see that they changed it to a 3,000 reward, literally doubling the amount you spend for the same $12 omelette. A little disappointing & feels like a slap in the face to the customers that keep them running.

    I'll usually get breakfast delivered from here maybe once a month I enjoy it for a cheat meal but today will be the last. I make sure I write instructions where to turn and provide the gate code. The gps route showed the right route it's a 2 minute drive from the deli probably less. The driver passed the entrance I sent numerous messages you are going the wrong way but he refused to listen and while watching on the gps the car was stopped numerous times. It took 25 minutes and is now ice cold. I don't trust what he did with it. Wasted a $30.37 breakfast that is in the garbage now, the container was open as well. Normally that would just be a DoorDash problem but you get a text from the deli saying to give feedback from "the owner" so I wrote the same as above thinking they will call and offer another meal but no call so that feedback goes no where. As I said above normally that's the fault of DoorDash but I didn't get to pick who brings my food being I ordered from the deli app and the deli picks DoorDash. So leaving a review on DoorDash they did not contact me either because it's from Emma's account so if it was refunded Emma's now got another $30.37
