I went in there to pick up my food that I ordered on the app and instead of getting my food or at least looking for it they decided to make Jake from State farm jokes for fifteen minutes straight, then after more customers started coming thru then decided to look for my meal, proceeded to not have it, not apologize or anything and the manager on shift at the time only had to say "yeah the app has been acting up, deal with the chat not to get your refund and then I'll serve you" at that point I just said screw it and left. If we hit that point before I wasted 15 minutes for them to joke around? It wouldn't have been a problem, things happen but I'm not going to waste more time and money for a business that can't even give a half assed apology at minimum after all that.

The counters were also messy, and there was rice falling into the beans, and I often get chunks in my rice.
